Updating ID3 tags with BPM

Post by andyman »

Sorry. This isn't a pure MediaMonkey question, but I don't know where else to go.

I want to update the ID3 tags of my MP3 files with the BPM (Beats per minute)
I've noticed on these forum posts, that several of you have used "MixMeister BPM Analyzer". I downloaded it and tried it. I gives the BPM for each song. It allows you to export it to a .txt file.

My question is,
"Is there any way to directly updated the ID3 tags with this BPM information?"

I also use it and it is updating my tags. Did you make any changes within Mixmeister to change this?

I do recall however that on a previous computer I had trouble getting the info to stick in the tags. can't remember what the problem was now but I think it may have been the tagger I was using at the time.

I'm a duh!
You're right. It does work. I shouldn't be playing on my computer when I have a fever of 101 F.

Thanks for your help.
