podcast download control

would like the ability to start/stop/pause/set priority of downloads of feeds and individual files.
this would improve life in a bandwidth limited environment

I'd settle for being able to tell MM to only download new podcasts--not the 20 older ones. I'm switching from Juice to use MM3 for my podcasts, and it wants to download over a gig of podcasts I've already downloaded.

No, because that's the N most recent ones. I need something more like "Download only "new" ones" where "new" could be defined either as (1) anything that shows up in the feed after I added the feed to MM, or (2) anything that shows up after the first podcast in the feed that I download.
