Hi, thanks for adding all podcasts listing to the root podcast subscription folder.
But it does not remember sort, or I would normally expect it to be sorted by date (or added) by default.
1148 beta 3: podcast subscriptions does not remember sort
Moderator: Gurus
cool
It appears to be sorted by feed, then play count, then added..
I have a large number of lost podcasts that I have downloaded but not listened to.
I had expected them to be sorted by date (as according to the podcast date, not the added or last played) by default, but I can see some logic to the current default.
I guess the main thing is it should remember the user specified sort (the node probly has not been added to the applicable registry entries).
I read over your other thread, which I had not read until now, and some good ideas there as well.
One further suggestion would be to be able to right click the 'podcast subscriptions' node and choose:
- show only new (1-3 days I suppose)
- hide played tracks
While I only suscribe to 2 feeds (official lost podcast and lostcasts), I would assume that users who subscribe to many would like to be able to easily avoid podcast overload by filtering the viewable sub list somewhat.
