I'm been on the forum since 06 Nov 2005, but now due to lack of interest and time I'm not very active anymore on the forum.

Since a year or so I changed my forum preferences so that my name isn't shown, even though I'm on the forum (I did that because sometimes I was on the forum all day...).

Some day in the past (not so long ago though) I became moderator for the French forum, something that just happened - I didn't ask for it or so (but I do understand French).

With "sounds familiar" I guess you mean the thread about German forum moderator Maximus?

This is off-topic; I don't know if you wanted a responce or so, but here it was anyway. :)

Cheers

And the idea of a moderator is not necessarily that they post lots everyday (like I always seem to!) but that they keep the forum tidy, so they might be moving threads and deleting spam and stuff like that as well! :)
