1159: End of episode download process needs optimization

Noticed that there can be long delays between network going idle for an episode download and the "1 track to be tagged" message appearing.

During this period VM Size for MediaMonkey.exe balloons by 100+MB.

This memory pressure can cause (on my admittedly small memory system) failures in other concurrent downloads depending on what else is also active, e.g. FF2. I have got in the habit of monitoring the process and killing firefox.exe if I see total commit growing too large.

IMHO, one advantage of testing on an older system is that it can surface problems that can be masked by lots of resources.

Tested with 1162. Better.

There is one additional optimization which can speed this up a lot.

If the MM temp folder and the MM podcast destination folder are on the same drive you can use a quick move rename instead of file copy.

I carefully arranged for exactly this scenario.

iTunes takes advantage of this with it's use of "<iTunes folder>\Downloads" and "<iTunes folder>\Podcasts"

It is resolved in build 1163:
MM no more downloads the episodes to the temp dir. i.e. MM downloads the episodes directly to its download location without no need to copy.
