1164 Device Profile command inconsistency [6921]

The command to call up the current device's Device Profile is labelled

Options on the Sync to Protable/Audio Device menu
Properties on the device node context menu
Configure on the Options dialog

I suggest it would be better for all to use the same name e.g. Profile.

Also the first of the three is missing its ellipsis.
