I can't repro this. Can you describe in a bit more detail?

Click Configure and make a change e.g. to Main directory. Click OK - see the change doesn't get applied to the track paths under Destination.

EDIT: This with [X] Override Skin theme with Windows System theme - FWIW, hopefully nothing!
