Installation Source File is Corrupt

Installation Source File is Corrupt

I'm trying to install MM3 on my old XP laptop, and I keep getting a "An error occurred while trying to read the source file. The source file is corrupted." error. It happens while the Plug-ins are being installed, in particular the MilkDrop plug in, although a few others seem not to work.

Suggestions?
