Scrobble Japanese Music to Last.fm

Well, after a long search through the forum, and after noticing that this problem isn't bothering anyone lately, I want to know if there is any way to fix this problem with Media Monkey. I may have missed the key thread/post that had the solution to this (if there is).

I noticed that the same problem occurs with MSN, the songs/artists named in japanese characters show as question marks "?", someone in of the posts i read named it as mojibake.

I also noticed that December of last here someone said that someone was working on a fix to this. If this or other fix is already done can anyone tell me about it?

Here is link to native plugin http://www.mediamonkey.com/beta/Last.fm ... .1.12.mmip please test it as it should scrobble Japanese without problems at least the one you see correctly in MM.
