Before you rush into downloading it, remember that it's still pre-release software, that may contain as yet unknown bugs. The software is being provided for feedback and testing purposes, and is recommended for use by advanced users who regularly test pre-release software. If you plan on testing it, take precautions to backup your data to protect against data loss. Note also that minor differences in field lengths mean that your 2.3 database will not be readable by MediaMonkey 2.2.
If you do decide to try it out, we'd love to hear your feedback; the good and the bad.

MediaMonkey 2.3 Beta 5: http://www.mediamonkey.com/beta/MediaMonkey_2_3_834.exe
If you are experiencing a problem which a debug log would help resolve, you can subsequently install a debug build from: http://www.mediamonkey.com/beta/MediaMo ... _3_834.exe
Installation
Double-click the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions. You can install:
a) To your MediaMonkey directory, replacing the current version of MediaMonkey.
b) To a new directory (e.g. /Program Files/MediaMonkey_alpha), preserving your existing MediaMonkey installation. Note that you'll have to use a different database for each version of MediaMonkey. You can do this by making a copy of your database and saving it to a new location (e.g. \MediaMonkey_old\MediaMonkey.mdb) and configuring your .ini file to point to whichever version of the database you're using (see section 4 b) ii) of the readme).
Localization
If you're interested in translating MediaMonkey to another language, there's still time to do so. See details in the localization forum: http://www.songs-db.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=8
Enjoy!
