Transparency and Always on Top unavailable in undocked playe

When you undock the player in MediaMonkey you can't change the Transparency or Always on Top settings under the View menu. This is a problem as these settings do affect the Now Playing undocked window.

Currently a user needs to go to the Mini Player node to be able to access these settings.
