1190 Debugging missing tracks on ZEN

MM auto-sync Options for my ZEN says 1410 tracks, but after ZEN format and auto-sync, my ZEN reports only 1406. Any suggestions as to cause/fix, or how to go about debugging this? Thanks.

BTW, I wonder why some intra-KB links like the one at the bottom of that article have been chosen to require a a login. Not useful. Error, do you think?

Definitely an error. I noticed this before but it seems to be fixed now.
