moving parts of folders

I maintain two folders: some files I sync with my iPod and some I do not. I use CTRL R to rename the files to the respective folders. If I am moving an entire album, the album art moves as well. However, I sometimes don't move the entire folder so the art does not move. If I am going from the sync folder to the don't sync folder, I generally don't mind. However, if I am moving files back to the sync folder, the art doesn't move. Is there any way to move the art in a partial folder move?

MM can be set to embed the albumart into the track when any is added. plus you have to embed the other albumarts to your already added tracks, too. This is one way. I do not know how to tell MM to look for possible (linked) albumarts and keep track of them. There is a reason not to do so IMO: they are linked and when you move the link does not change, so why to move the albbum art?!
