Play Counts with Dual Ipods

I have a quick question.

I am about to purchase a Ipod Classic. My wife has an Ipod Nano (1st Gen).

Syncing is quite easy, however, I use Big_berny's amazing Autorateaccurate script and my wife's ipod nano registers play counts when I sync it to Mediamonkey. This is problematic because I don't want it to register HER playcounts as it affects the Autorateaccurate ratings. I only want it to register my playcounts (I am the one who puts the songs on her ipod nano).

Is it possible to turn the play count syncing on the nano and only keep it on my Ipod Classic?

Any help would be appreciated.

There isn't any setting to turn it off in MM, unfortunately.
