Tracks starting 12 seconds from the beginning

Hello, I'm sure there is an obvious answer to this but I couldn't find it.

When I double click a track in the main MM track browser OR if I click next on the player the selected track starts but immediately jumps to 12 or 13 seconds in.

Can someone help me on this?

v. 3.0.3.1183 running on XP Pro
