I have recently installed Windows 7 but lost all my progs After reinstalling MM my playlists have also been lost but I do have the old files before the update, can anyone help with where I might find them please.

They might be in the following directory:
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME_HERE\AppData\Local\MediaMonkey
If that doesn't work, you might be able to find them by using the Windows Search field located in the Start menu.
