'Export to Playlist' enhancements

Two requests for playlist exporting (OK three, #1 is export all playlists with one command):

The 'Export to Playlist' command always uses "New playlist.m3u" as the file name and same folder as the first track in the list. I would like the command to use the same name as the playlist being exported, with the .m3u extension added, and the option to put all playlists in a user selected folder. MM should be able to remember the 'playlist' folder from session to session.
