I used Windows Media Player for a while, for mp3, still do for divX
It is the only player / tag editor I've seen that uses the Language frame of Id2v3, (at least the id3.org site said that the language frame is part of it) I love it because I have about 1/4 english, spanish, french and russian stuff, I like all of them, but for my friends that only understand one or two of the languages I want to be able to easily sort and create playlists with Language as a setting, I can use Custom frames, but I don't know if they are standard (I know MusicMatch and MonkeyMedia don't share them easily). I have not seen another player / tag editor that uses or edits it? Is there any reason for this?
Is there any way to implement it with scripting / plug-in capabilities of MediaMonkey?
thanks

But, how does that carry over to other programs?
Also, is it correct that Language is an official frame for the id3v2, and custom#1, #2 and #3 are also standard? So, then if I use custom here, will I be able to see it in another program (except Music Match... propreitary tags) Because I tried that, and it didn't work in Music Match, and my other Tag Editor, Tag&Get, doesn't have the Custom #1,2,3 frames available...
Thanks.
