Dropdowns stay highlighted [#7559]

When hovering over the dropdowns arrow long enough the drop down can remain highlighted even when the mouse is no longer over it. You're even able to get several drop downs highlighted at the same time.

This was seen in the Podcast subscription options as well as the Options on skinned 1355 on XP. Can anyone reproduce?

Yes I can reproduce. (tho it's been a problem since MM3).
