1) Go to options and turn on "Automatically analyze volume of unanalyzed tracks"
2) notice the analyze volume process starts in the status bar
3) go back to options and turn off "Automatically analyze volume of unanalyzed tracks"
4) Notice the analyze volume process is still active in the status bar!
It should stop once you turned it off in the options.
Instead you have to terminate manually.

I can't reproduce, both on 3.2.5 and 1412 does the analyze process terminate when this option is disabled.

Works for me as well. Tested build 1416.
