Many prompts when download folder can't be created [#8643]

Coincidently, the drive I had configured for MM podcasts failed. I removed it from the system. Noticed that MM4 will now prompt over and over with "The directory <d:\...> cannot be created. [Cancel] [Retry] [Ignore]"

No matter which option I choose, the same dialog reappears. Seems to be once per file as MM attempts to download them. Occasionally, the dialog for "There was a problem downloading the following files" appears.

Of course, changing the folder in .ini will take care of it, but not for the average user.
