I apologize if this has been discussed before, I searched for a while, and did not find anything, but it seems like it might be a common problem.
Clicking on the seek bar doesn't allow you to skip less than several seconds from the current position of the bar. Trying to do so will only cause the bar to jump back a fraction of a second and then continue playing. I.e., if the track is currently at 0:31, then I will be able to jump forward to (approximately) 0:35 or further or backward to (approximately) 0:26 or earlier, but not anywhere in between.
This behavior is the same on both skinned and non-skinned versions.
Can't seek intervals less than several seconds.

So it is not bug, it is caused by slider area - several pixels surrounding the current position is slider - you can seek even 1s intervals by dragging it.
Re: Can't seek intervals less than several seconds.
Yes, I'm sorry I didn't mention that dragging works. But shouldn't clicking work as well?
Does the status "resolved" and "no change required" mean that this will always stay the same?

Ah, I see you said "I think changes are not necessary"> Sorry I didn't notice that at first.
I guess I understand why the slider area would have to be several pixels, but I think there must be a way around this annoying behavior. Maybe the system could distinguish between clicks on the slider, and click-and-drags. I don't know. Ah, whatever.

You're right, it is worth trying, will be in the next 4.1 release.
