Bugs and improvement suggestions

Post by nonameman »

Here is my list of problems, small annoyances and suggestions for MMA. Please consider these suggestions (for now). I love MM BTW :-)

UI and UX
- Now playing list should be accessible much more easily
- Buttons are very small on tablet (Nexus 7)
- I turned on repeat song once, added more songs to the playlist and turned off repeat. After MMA finished playing, repeat once was automatically turned on again.
- Hard to rate stars when my thumb is over the stars.
- Provide an size adjustable widget
- Redesign widget, its margins look ridiculous when standing beside other widgets or icons

UPnP
- Playlists are empty
- We need the 'Now playing' list from the server, don't we?
- Cannot perform searches (we don't want to go through thousands of albums and artists to get the songs I want to listen, wouldn't we? Funny that the MediaMonkey Remote app can do this very well, even though it's not exactly the same, I know)

Sync
- Please provide an option to include or exclude folders from being delete when syncing. I have a folder on my device that contains some voice recordings and MMA asks me every time I sync music. I have a folder for music from MediaMonkey and I want mm deletes content within that folder only.
- Please allow multi select with shift or Ctrl on MMW when choosing which content to delete or which playlist to share.
- Grouping content by folder or album wouldn't be a bad idea for delete confirmation

Several of these issues have already been discussed in their respective threads.

Yes, I'm aware (sorry), but I've checked mantis and they're not in there so I thought I'd mention them again. Not all of them are repetitions though.
