Lose wifi sync dialog on orientation change

If I change the orientation of my device while syncing over wifi the "Delete Files" dialog will disappear and the sync will continue. MMA seems to assume that I've hit the "Don't Delete" button. Also if syncing finishes while the screen is off, MMA will start a new sync when I turn the screen back on. I'm running gingerbread on an Atrix 2.

I believe this is a general refresh bug on change of orientation that has been reported before.
