[REQ] Properties access from Now Playing

When viewing the Now Playing screen, I have access to the rating for the track. I'd like to see a tool there to get to the track properties dialog. To the right side (or left) of the ratings stars, aligned directly over the Repeat (or Shuffle) tool.

The options menu button on your device gives you access to the Properties of the Playing file in Now Playing.

Given the tag-centric mindset of MM users, I think it would be reasonable to have access to the properties editor on the main Now Playing screen rather than in the options drawer.

Current implementation seems consistent as that's where I access Properties for files in other screens too.

The Now Playing screen is not consistent with the others. On the main Now Playing screen that displays the artwork of the currently playing track, the Properties icon is in the settings drawer. On the other screens, including the Now Playing track list, I long press an item and then the Properties icon appears in the space that is otherwise occupied by the mini player.

Keeping the settings drawer consistent across screens is desirable, but that's an argument for moving the Properties icon, not against it.
