Renamed folder disappears - How to save?

When I rename the "Publisher" folder under "Music," it keeps disappearing whenever I go to another folder. To bring it back, I close and reopen Mediamonkey. Then, I need to again rename the "Publisher" folder to "Title" to see it again. But it always disappears from the media tree. Why is "Publisher," of the eight default folders (like "Location"), the only folder which has the option to rename it within its context menu? It seems all of them should be given the opportunity to easily rename a folder. Also, how do I prevent a renamed folder from disappearing from view? What should I do to save the renaming operation?
