I seem to be having a problem with MediaMonkey Gold. When I close the program (either through File>Exit or by clicking X) MediaMonkey will minimize into my system tray. I cannot seem to completely close the program, even if I right click on the icon and chose "Exit". My Windows Task Manager will not show MM running in the Applications tab, but it does show up in in the Processes tab, and I have to exit the program by ending the process. I have changed things under General Settings>Minimization Settings, and un-checked the "Close to Tray" box, but that doesn't fix the problem.
As an added bonus, I find that if I close MM, and then re-open it by clicking on the icon in my system tray, none of the songs in my library will show up. I cannot find the songs in any of my playlists, or even by doing a search for them. When I reboot or exit MM via End Process, when I go back into it, everything is back to normal.
Any thoughts on what might be causing this problem? I just upgraded to Gold about a week ago, and aside from some minor iPod synching issues, this is the only problem I have had. Although it seems minor, it does get somewhat annoying.
All suggestions are appreciated.
Cheers!

Hey guys.
Still having the same problem (I cannot completely close out of MM), and I have done everything I can think of, including re-installation of Media Monkey.
This is getting quite irritating, and I have yet to hear back from anyone about the error log I sent in on Friday.
Suggestions? I'm about to ditch the player for something more stable. I keep getting errors with the FindGoogleArt script as well, and had to remove that from my system (it wasn't even searching).
Thanks in advance.....

Script errors need to reported in the script forum or PM to the developer of the script. Scripts are not written by the MediaMonkey developers are installed on your own risk.
As you send it on Friday you might want to wait a few more days. Maybe the developers had off the weekend.

Anything new on the 'unable to close mediamonkey' issue?
I have been having the same problem forever... I try closing it and nothing happens... i can even still hear my hard drive crunching away. I do have a large library (~170GB) but when I want the program to close, it should close! Very annoying. The old version used to constantly crash on me as well but the latest release is much more stable in that regard. However, this inability to close is just plain silly.
Does any error message popup when you try to close MediaMonkey. Do you have any scripts installed? Do you have the filemonitor setup?
