Now Playing window transparency & focus

When MediaMonkey is showing in Now Playing window only and has transparency set it has some problems.

Edit the rating in the list will show window transparent when the drop down is opened. One would expect the now playing to remain in focus and thus not transparent.

When opening the track properties the now playing window becomes transparent as well. As MediaMonkey is still the active application I would expect the now playing window not to go transparent.
