can no longer burn CD's

For months now, I can no longer burn CD's. I've written with no response. I have a lifetime account.
The tracks of the CD I inserted show up. I highlight them as I have always done before. I choose to make it a playable CD. When I go to the page, nothing is listed. Consistent with every CD I try to do it.

Which version of MediaMonkey and are you burning an Audio or Data CD?

Out of pure curiosity: why would you want to burn a CD nowadays? I used to do it a lot when rental cars still came with CD players and without bluetooth a decade ago, but I haven't needed CD's for many years now. So I'm curious to know why you are still burning CD's?

Different user. But I still burn CDs frequently for use on older hardware. Usually for testing equipment. Sometimes just for nostalgia and enjoyment.
