This might not be exactly what you mean but there is a way to view tracks by artist in the app. In the search box start typing the name of the artist and then as the results are filtered click on the artist name. You can then view all of their work by either album or tracks (sorted alphabetically).

This is one of the main reasons why I have not switched to Android from iOS already. Managing media like this should be a critical feature of any player - I'm surprised that it isn't already.

I want to display tracks by Artist. I don't see an option to do this on the free Android version. Does the paid version have this feature?
