explain how i get a debug log or where it would be

A debug log will be needed to analyze why this occurs on your setup.

So here it is.
I upgraded I see no tracks nothing showed not unusual so I rescanned
after an hour only two tracks showed can't be i think next day I am going in I see all the tracks
everything fixed I think everything's alright
then next day nothing visible again and so on

You started with a scanning issue, which was presumed to be Add/Rescan Files or Folder Monitoring.

Now you seem to have a file display issue. Can you please clarify what exactly is the issue you're trying to report?

See the thing it is off and on. I may come in one day and I cannot see any of the tracks next morning it is gone again and so on.

Which Build (Help > About) did you upgrade to?

I am really angry. I did the upgrade and normally i rescan my archives 20 minutes done everything shows no problems. I worked all the other times. Now it takes 30 minutes to scan one file. One file. Just one file. What happened?
