Yes, I can say it's in development! But unfortunately I have no idea when it'll be ready, sorry.

Any hint on a release compatible with MM5 ?
I rely a lot on this addon for my metadata consistency

No, that's the only option available.

Is there another way to tag files with data from Discogs ?

Discogs is a MediaMonkey 4 Addon which is not compatible with MediaMonkey 5.

Discogs tagger : Invalid addon!

Hi everyone,

I downloaded "DiscogsAutoTagWeb_V5.82.mmip" from "https://www.mediamonkey.com/addons/brow ... gs-tagger/" and placed it in C:\Users\greg\Downloads.

When I double click, I get the following error message :

Invalid Addon!

Cannot open file "C:\Program Files (x86)\MediaMonkey 5\(2)\Downloads\DiscogsAutoTagWeb_V5.82.mmip". The system cannot find the path specified

Here is some additional information:

I have Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22621 (latest update).
I have MediaMonkey 5.0.3.2627 Gold - Lifetime License (latest update).
I have a user account at Discogs.
I am administrator of my PC.
I tried opening MediaMonkey as administrator. I had the same message.
I tried creating manually a folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\MediaMonkey 5\(2)\Downloads\" but I received the same message with another path: "C:\Program Files (x86)\MediaMonkey 5\5\(2)\Downloads\DiscogsAutoTagWeb_V5.82.mmip".

Thanks for any advice.

Greg
