It's possible, but depending on your use of the "Multiple Artists" feature would make it somewhat unreliable. The Auto-Playlist and Filter features have a criteria for "# Tracks by Artist" which should do what you want. You set it to more than 3 for instance, and then only tracks by and artist who has more than three tracks will appear.
However, like I mentioned, if you use multiple artists then it can be a little problematic. Even if you had the main artist listed first and used the "first" rename mask for instance, then if you had a track by "Artist 1; Artist 2" and only had one track by Artist 1, but had hundreds by Artist 2, then that track would appear in a playlist/filter set up to show tracks by an artist with more than x Tracks.
