MM5 does not recognize change of audio output device [#16657]

I have both computer speakers as well as optical audio option from my desktop to my stereo amp. MM5 does not recognize the change in output device when change in either the windows taskbar sound selector or within MM5 output plugin change. This works as expected in MM4. The only way to get it to accept the change of audio output device is to close out MM5 and reopen.

It is some confusion, "on-fly" change of audio output device do not work yet (with some exceptions, when default device in Windows is changed e.g. by connecting headphones, and playback is set to play to default device, this should work I think).
