Dragging files into Playing element sometimes fails [#18267]

When dragging a file into the Playing element/list, it doesn't always get added

This one is quite hard to replicate but there is a foolproof way. It's a bit odd but proves the bug: drag a file from the library into the (Now) Playing List, but rather than stopping the mouse moving when you drop the track, keep the mouse moving.

Essentially you need to drag the file into the Playing element and keep the mouse moving fairly quickly - I have replicated without fail it by moving the mouse quickly and not stopping.

Luckily I don't have an issue like Parkinsons but discovered this problem through normal use. Quickly moving the mouse when trying to drop a file into Playing is the way to "prove" it.

Please capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643

This will help a developer analyze why this is happening in your setup. I've not seen this happen before.
