Auto-Synchronize tracks from Device To PC?

I REALLY need to do this, yet for some reason the area is greyed out (I can't select it). Does anyone know why this is? The option existed on my old verision of MM why doesn't it work now?

ME TOO! Since i reformatted and lost some tracks somehow.. but yet they are still on the mp3 player!
