Rio Karma Synching Problem

I scrubbed clean my Rio Karma of any tracks. However, when I attempt to synch MM with my Rio Karma I get the following message followed by a list of tracks:

"The following tracks on the Rio Karma aren't in synchronization list. Do you want to remove them from device?"

I click yes and do, indeed, synch.

However, when I attempt to synch again, I get the same message and the same list! Note: I don't use any other software to synch with the Rio right now as I am testing MM for my personal use.

Also, I do notice that there are a more tracks on the Rio listed than in my library on my computer.

How can mirror my library with my Rio Karma?

PS This is a FANTASTIC alternative to both Rio Music Manager and Musicmatch Jukebox.

how do you connect a Rio Karma to Media Monkey

hooked it up, see it in Rio Music Manager but not in Media Monkey !
