Advanced Report 6.4 - Updated 24/06/2014
Re: Advanced Report 5.8 - Updated 18/07/2010
Were you running MM "as administrator" when you installed the script? It should appear in the "Create reports" menu.

bTW I was able to install your other scripts (Just List Albums and Custom Reports) just fine...
Re: Advanced Report 5.8 - Updated 18/07/2010
Can you please check your "Scripts.ini" file to see if there is a section for "AdvancedReport" and if not then try adding this...
Code: Select all
[AdvancedReport]
FileName=AdvancedReport.vbs
ProcName=AdvancedReport
Order=22
DisplayName=Advanced Report
Description=Advanced Report
Language=VBScript
ScriptType=1Download my scripts at my own MediaMonkey fansite.

Re: Advanced Report 5.8 - Updated 18/07/2010
The section wasn't there, so I added it.
The menu option now shows up, but when I run it I have the following error message:
Error #438 - Microsoft VBScript runtime error
Object doesn't support this property or method: "SDB.ScriptsPath"
File: "C:\Program Files\MediaMonkey\Scripts\AdvancedReports.vbs", Line: 671, Column: 2
Any clue?

Nevermind, I found out I was still on MM3.0
After upgrading, it works like a charm.
Thanks

Re: Advanced Report 5.8 - Updated 18/07/2010
Is it possible that the reports only outputs albums for which the artist if also the album artist?
For example, Louis Armstrong will display all his albums, but also all the albums in which he has at least a song. Even though he is listed as the artist only for the song (I always put Various Artists as the album artist for compilations).
I would like these compilations not to appear.
Any idea?
Thanks!

Re: Advanced Report 5.8 - Updated 18/07/2010
Somewhere along the line of the recent updates to this script, I lost the ability to have my tooltip to show up. I have Advanced Report configured to show the "Comment" field as a tooltip for the track. But I just noticed that that no longer works as it used to. Can anyone else confirm this?
