Ah ok. I always browse the folder structure from the library/location area and there's no new folder option there. Perhaps there should be.

The location node only lists folders containing tracks that belongs to the library.
That's the reason why you can't make a new folder there.

That's because the Location node only shows folders with music in them. So adding a new folder there would not show it as it doesn't contain music.

Using Tools > Auto-Organize Files would do the job of creating the new folder for you while also moving/copying the tracks: http://www.mediamonkey.com/sw/webhelp/f ... enames.htm

Ok that works. I hadn't looked there since I always work within the 'location' section. I wish creating folders from there was possible also. Saves me having to go down the bottom to expand the my computer icon as I never use that generally within mm.
