I find it quite hard to find something in the album/song/artist list.
First the albumart are only showing the current visiable one, if you scroll back it need to re-fetch thoses, if you go back forward it need to fetch them again..
Basically the image appear too slow to be useful to recognize something.
I would love if image that have been loaded, stay in cache somewhere, so if you scroll over them again shortly after they won't need to be loaded.
Also, it would be nice if you could move by first letter by scrolling on the right, similar to Playerpro or ipod

Re: Album art need some caching
Just wondering .. what phone/device are you using and what version of MMA?
I am using samsung g3 with 1.0.1.0096. I have 1500+ tracks and as I scroll through he songs the images appear pretty quickly. If I fast-scroll there is a lag but by the time it stops scrolling all images are there. Just wondering what the differences are.
I would like to see Alphabet along the right side though.

Samsung G SIII, ~8000 songs
I would actually like to see the album art as I scroll.

Re: Album art need some caching
I love the album art in the playlist and system pulldown menu. I agree though, when you're scrolling through the artists or the playlist quickly, it gets a little bit laggy. Wouldn't caching the album art help with speed in general? It's not extremely important, it catches up a second or two after I stop scrolling, but just wondering if it would help.
