Gold Member and i cant even get MM to open....HELP!!!

I am a gold lifetime member and months ago..MM stopped working so i had to download another music organizer program which works perfectly..Casn someone please help me to get a program i paid for to at least open,,,,it used to months back....i have done everything..renamed ini filies,,,taken program out,,,re installed.....HELP i miss my MEDIA MONKEY....THANKS

Are you talking about MediaMonkey for Windows or MediaMonkey for Android? You are in the android section but I don't think it has an ini files you can/should mess with.
Which MM and what version. And other than just "wont open", what happens?
