Lost artists in first scan of phone

I just started using Media Monkey and I had been using Winamp. The phone seems to have lost its tags for artists on everything I had synced using Winamp. It is all there but I can't sort according to artist or album artist.

What device and what version of MediaMonkey are you using?

It is a Samsung S3 and the latest Media Monkey.

it is for windows I am using win7 64 bit. I lost all known artists for stuff synced by using winamp. The songs and titles and album titles are there but it doesn't have the artist. Everything is Unknown

Then capture the scanning in a debug log (step 4b) and send it to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=69

Check if Album Artist contain right information. Winamp and few other apps sometimes can do that.
