How to import album review/Ratings

I've been using MM for years, and was diligent with manually entering album review ratings into my ratings column.

After a disaster at our home about a year ago, I've begun rebuilding my lost FLAC collection, ripping cds etc.

I wanted to import/bring in album ratings from NME or Pitchfork or other sources like rolling stone. Is there an extension or script to do this? Is there a screen scraping script I can play with or modify?
