getting latest beta

I am new to MMW and MMA. Having constant problems with playlists becoming empty. I have another topic about this and was informed to get the latest windows beta version. I thought I had the latest but did not.
Where can I find the latest version?
Is there a notification of new updates available?
How do I know MMW goes with the version of MMA?
