2269 - same filter queries; different results [#16989]

This illustration shows the same query three times, but with different results

The filter criteria is "genre:jazz" ... from the top:

1. Contextual query of Entire Library, node= AlbumArtist, View = Track by Album ==> expected results
2. Contextual query of Entire Library, node= AlbumArtist, View = Grid ==> no results?!
3. Global query, View = Grid by album ==> expected results

Would it be possible to fix #2 so that it gives expected results?
It would make MM5 filtering easier to understand|learn, and make MM5 look more like a single consistent design.

Thanks. ... just to be clear the issue is not just confined to the Genre tag .... a filter like "artist:shocking blue" would have the same issue ... etc
