Feature request: Hold shift to finely-adjust volume slider [#16807]
I think the default volume adjustment of 5% each time you scroll the mouse is very good, but it would be nice if there was an option to adjust it more finely. I would love that if I am holding shift, scrolling the volume up and down would go by 1% instead of 5%. This way, if I am keeping my volume very low (between 1% and 10%) it would be much easier to adjust it.

I uploaded many addons to MM's addon page, but not all of those were created by me. "By drakinite, Submitted by drakinite" means I made it on my own time. "By Ventis Media, Inc., Submitted by drakinite" means it may have been made by me or another MediaMonkey developer, so instead of crediting/thanking me, please thank the team. You can still ask me for support on any of our addons.
Re: Feature request: Hold shift to finely-adjust volume slider
You can finely control it using the slider itself.

Thanks so much for adding it to the list!
Yeah, I am aware that I can control it with the mouse, but it's a bit difficult to get it Just Right - I think that having the ability to finely adjust with the scroll wheel will make it much better.

Re: Feature request: Hold shift to finely-adjust volume slider [#16807]
Good addition, but not easy to discover unless you also updated hover tool tip.
btw there was already facility to adjust volume in 1% increments; click slider, then use left|right arrows.
Want a dark skin for MM5? This is the one that works best for me .. elegant, compact & clear.
Re: Feature request: Hold shift to finely-adjust volume slider [#16807]
Woohoo!
To be honest, I don't think it even needs a tooltip or hint. I think that holding shift to fine-scroll is intuitive enough for someone to discover on their own.
