sync track options

I'm using MM with a Zen Nano Plus. When right clicking properties of an attached device and going to the sync options tab, the "syncronize tracks to:" setting works properly and has a drop-down list of other recent track naming options. On an individual playlist or album (from the auto sync options tab), setting this option overrides the global setting. However, if I instead select "album" instead of a particular album, the setting does not work. It would be nice to have MM remember different settings for playlists versus albums without having to manually set the track naming options for each individual playlist or album. Obviously, if one is only syncing playlists or full albums, setting this option under the sync options tab works fine. But when syncing mixed content (playlists and albums) setting the naming track option is more involved. Please let me know if what I just wrote makes sense.
