[SOLVED] MM Codec Pack "Unknown Name" Error

Hi,
I've had to rebuild my hdd which includes the installation of MMD. When I went to install the MM Codec Pack I'm receiving an "unknown name" error and the installation fails. I have tried both the trial version and my paid version.

MM_Codec_Pack_Trial_2.2.0.106.mmip
MM_Codec_Pack_2.1.2.105.mmip

Has anyone encountered this error or have any suggestions?

You should install MM_Codec_Pack_2.1.2.105 and check for update.

If that do not help then please open support ticket and we should be able to help.

Seems a reboot of the machine was required. Issue is resolved.

I'm trying to retrieve my paid copy of this but mycommercedotcom keep sending me a password reset email.
i have to reinstall mm4 on my new computer
