2338 - unable to show full size during image search [#17820]

See here .. the Show Full Size menu option returns an error, but selecting the image then pressing OK downloads the image OK

I am running the production version from the new MM website, so is not a debug version.

When I go to the same artist lookup today, the lookup succeeds OK.
I have closed and opened MM5, and rebooted, since the problem yesterday.
Why guess would be that one of those things fixed it, because yesterday MM5 could access the art (ie. it downloaded the art when I pressed OK) ... but it was unable to display the art using your "show full size" option on the context menu.

I'm unable to replicate this either. If anyone can, a debug log would be great.

I can replicate in the 5.0.1.2401 beta.
I cannot replicate with the file that caused my original problem.
But I can see the issue with some files ... it is OK with most files.
I emailed you download links to the debug logs. In each log the problem was with the last file that I tried.

Some images found by image searching cannot be downloaded, because original site has forbidden direct image download or the image is already (or temporary) inaccessible, this cannot be detected in advance. When you select such image, we use at least the thumbnail, but not the original image. Could this be the case?

Is a likely explanation for cases where I supplied a debug log. ... You tried those sites?
Is not likely for the 1st instance I reported, because I tried to review the quality of the art ==> failed ... and then I successfully downloaded the file .... no debug log because I was running the production version

Should be fixed in 2402+. Please retest once new version gets available.
