First time i am reading in the developer's area. For i am only a MM5 user. Found your posting and tried the skin. I like it. Will use it as my main theme.
You should announce the theme in the main forum. I think a lot of beta users are waiting for fresh skins .

First off, I'm really happy with how MM5 is coming together. Huge improvements since the last build I tested.

The currently playing item, when not selected, is dark gray on dark gray, happens in multiple places in the UI.
I don't see the currently playing item listed down in the player strip at the bottom. I miss this from v.4. I'm not sure if it's missing because it's gray on gray, or if this feature isn't present. See screenshot "?"

I don't believe Material Dark Grey is an official skin, and I can't find any place on the forum where the aforementioned skin originated. Where did you find the skin / who developed it?

Ah, is it Silhacker's Dark Theme that was posted here? viewtopic.php?f=27&t=97089

If so, I'd recommend posting the issue either there or on the github page that they linked. The skinning framework probably changed slightly in one of the new builds, and they'll have to update the skin to fix it, unfortunately.

I really like your theme and used it up to now with MM 5, but unfortunately with the recent MM version 5.0.4.2693 you get the following error on starting MM:

I renamed the the json file, a new 7 KB file has been created with default values on starting MM (the old one was 166 KB), but unfortunately the error remains.

Any more ideas?

Then Unfortunately Problem is in theme itself. You should post issue on GitHub and/or at viewtopic.php?f=27&t=97089 so that Skinner can fix the issue.

The issue on the github is the same as with the Dr.Sol's skin,
he should rename files 'slike skin_base.less' to 'skin_base_add.less' so that it does not overwrite the base file in /skin/ directory.

i.e. all variant should be
*_add.less
